CIBR (Corporate Inventory Business Repository)

Project Detail:
A business repository where entire Intel business database is kept and monitored. The primary work is
to monitor the production data flow from Source sites to Intel Business downstream and data
warehouses. The Data monitoring is basically a correlated set of Jobs running at a particular time and
populating the database. Moreover if there is any UER (User Enhancement Request i.e. Request
generated from Client Side for the enhancement of the Project, Mainly code level analysis and change)
has to be performed in the set of time decided and delivered.
The project deals with the Intel product business data information & File Transfer application with
regular set of reports and deliverable project enhancement proposals. Thus the project is getting
executed on a wide range of Heterogeneous technologies ranging from Database systems architecture
and technology of Data warehousing.
Project motive:
New enhancement, Support and Monitor the business system. Job is Mainly, if any new business site
includes in the system, the team need to set up the necessary enhancements, If any bug fix or code
change required for the upcoming new business logic, need to be performed. Moreover, some daily set
of monitoring work of the system.
Project Role:
As a Production Support Executive ,
 Soul responsible for providing project training (From CIBR) to new Intel business sites &
parts for IMC.
 Coordinated a team of 5 members and supported level 2 work for this project.
 Involved in preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
 Daily Reports : Job running reports by IXP, SOD report (Start of Day i.e. a set of Box Jobs run
Report)
 Weekly Report: UER Status and SLA report (Soul responsible for presenting it to client face to
face every start day of the week), Preparing Views of weekly client requirements.
 Monthly Reports : Ocean Data Report (Job run status and data warehousing estimation report).
This is a large chart report involving all the team members to include there project involvement
throughout the Month.
Later as a Developer,
 Other than the above set of Data monitoring and job handling, I got appreciated by client due to
my timely deliverable support and dedication on the Go-Live of the project at Singapore, on
a new business enhancement and development of INTEL i.e. IMC (Intel Mobile Communications)
 More than 50 new business entities have been included in Intel existing business logic and
logic development.
 Communicated, interacted and co-ordinate on a monthly basis with the project manager and team
members before preparing the monthly status reports.

Project Detail:
A data repository of Deutsche bank trade data. Total number of applications is 8. Al the application
has data upstream and data downstream. It is a 24x7 data monitoring and support project. Our job is
basically monitoring the flow of data with help of several Job monitoring tools and alerts. If there are
any issues affecting the system, we need to debug and fix it according to DB Symphony SLA (a ticket
monitoring tool for DB).
The project deals with the DB trade business data information & File Transfer application with regular
set of reports and deliverable project enhancement proposals. Enhancements are in the form of
automate some set of work by UNIX scripting and automation.
Project Role:
As a Production Support Executive ,
 Sending Daily Reports to Client of different application.
 Monitoring Job Run status and alert monitoring.
Later as a Developer,
 Automating some regular set of Daily Jobs.

Project Detail:
Use of Arago Autopilot for optimizing the Infrastructure, Platform and Application operations for DB.
Arago Vertical team has showcased few POC implementations to DB to demonstrate the tools
capabilities. POC implementations for few applications will be taken up after finalizing the
applications with DB Arago Benefits.
Once stabilized, Arago Autopilot would provide substantial benefits in reducing the manual
intervention in resolving the following type of issues by the extend given below Infrastructure Related
– 80% Platform Related – 50% Application Related – 30%

About ARAGO,
Configuration Management Database (CMDB) maintains the latest state and information about all CIs
health of Infrastructure, Platform or Application
on based on the Incidents generated
Arago AutoPilot has atomic Knowledge Items (KI) which would get triggered based on the issue
and nature & state of the infrastructure, platform or application
re/platform/app needs to be configured into
the Arago system
to execute, what to execute and the conditions for executing it
ve the issue, it can provide additional information on the current state
(based on its attempt to fix) to the user
logic to resolve issues. Instead, it relies on disparate reusable KIs that can get triggered based on
certain state of the environment

 Designing tool Adapters
 Finalizing the process flow for this new approach for the bank
 Performing a BA role by actively participating in defining the scope for the tool
 Actively participated in designing a bank widely used model, which can be a replacement of
bank CMDB, called "MARS Model".
 Self-designed and proposed a structure of interacting MARS and KI model for better
performance of the tool.
 Wide Involvement in Unit test and E2E test for the functional IQA-EQA of the bank proposed
adapters
 Involvement in product merging in bank model
 Expert in Developing KIs which is capable of automating any repeating issue across
platforms
 Providing Demonstrations to client exposing tools capability achieving appreciations and
trust in the model, which is best for the future of the project.

 Please note ARAGO-Autopilot is such a project where any kind of tools can be used as functional
