- 2. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Turkcell Expert Software Engineer May 2007 – Present • I have work in the architectural design and development of Turkcell’s campaign management and loyalty datamarts. I also designed and developed applications for business people as a part of Turkcell’s campaign management solution. • I took the responsibility of Solution Architect position for the Campaign Management System (CMS) product. CMS is a Turkcell product; enabling marketing users to plan and execute marketing campaigns. Until now CMS is running on 7 different GSM companies’ marketing ecosystem around the world. I also worked on the implementation projects of CMS. • During the CMS project I developed highly available and scalable applications. • I designed and developed the Turkcell’s VideoBul mobile application for Iphone. • I also participated in design and development of Turkcell’s customer self-service application for android devices.
