This document describes how a network marketing company's compensation plan works as representatives recruit new members and build their downline organizations. As representatives join and their downline members purchase products, the total product volume accumulates upwards through the network each month. Representatives can achieve higher status levels like Star Agent, Star Ruby, and Star Diamond based on the size of their downline organization and monthly product volume, which makes them eligible for bonuses that depend on monthly qualification. Maintaining status requires 50PV minimum personal purchases each month along with 130PV from the representative's group.

- 20. As the PV totals accumulate you 2250 1st Level 750 100 2nd Level 300 50 3rd Level 150 450 550 250 You reach a total of 2250PV… from your group and your own PV You are now called a “Star Agent”
- 21. Now that you are a Star Agent Your downlines in their turn will become Star Agents
- 22. When three lines become Star Agents you are called a Star Ruby The Status, once earned, is permanent The bonus however, depends on the month’s PV
- 23. When six or more lines become Star Agents and the whole group has 2500 PV for that month, and you Qualify, you are called a Star Diamond ** 50 Personal PV min. Again, the Status, once earned, is permanent But the bonus depends on the month’s PV ** Requires Qualification.
- 24. After you have reached Star Agent level, to achieve the maximum possible bonuses available, you need to Qualify each month This means 50PV minimum Personal Purchase & at least 130PV from your group or yourself, not including any from QSA’s (Qualified Star Agents.)
