The paper presents a novel floating gate MOS (FGMOS) based regulated cascode current mirror designed for low-voltage and low-power applications, achieving high output impedance of 1.125 TΩ and minimal power dissipation of 10.56 μW. It operates effectively with a current range up to 1500 μA and was simulated using 180 nm CMOS technology. The proposed design demonstrates improved performance metrics crucial for analog signal processing and biomedical applications.
