Extract the framework folder to any directory with access rights

Extract the requirements folder to a web-
accessible directory

Open console (Command Prompt) and run the following
command from a web-accessible directory
/path/to/php.exe /path/to/framework/yiic.php webapp
myfirstyiiapp
