- 10. FX Digital | Barcelona Tech Job Fair 10 The application includes a couple of quick and easy questionnaires which helps us with the initial screening process. Your application will be reviewed and if you’re through to the interview we’ll contact you via email. This is an online interview with the manager of the Barcelona office. You’ll speak more about your skills and experience and the things on your CV relevant to the role you’ve applied for. Like all stages of the process, it will be in english. This is a practical exercise with an engineer from FX Digital. The details of which will vary based on the role you’ve applied for. For developers it will involve pair programming. This will be followed by a technical deep dive into your abilities, it will involve drawing on specific experiences and challenges faced, plus more.
