- GlassFish v3 is an upcoming release of the GlassFish application server that will include many new features implementing Java EE 6. - It provides a modular and dynamic platform using OSGi and other technologies, while still maintaining high performance. - New features in GlassFish v3 include support for Java EE 6 APIs, dynamic monitoring tools like BTrace, a RESTful administration interface, and the ability to easily extend the server using OSGi bundles.
