History of Google
 Google began in March 1996 as a research project by Larry Page and
Sergey Brin, Ph.D. students at Stanford working on the Stanford Digital
Library Project
 Made search engine which they called backrub & later named it GOOGLE
 In 2000 google introduced “Ad word” self service program for creating
online campaigns
 On april fools day in 2004 google launched GMAIL and also launched
google maps and google earth 2005
 In 2006, acquired online video sharing site YOUTUBE
 In 2007, google announced ANDROID an open platform for mobile devices
 In 2008, google introduced new open source browser
 In june 2011, intoduced the GOOGLE+ project.

 At last they found three manager pitfalls
-have trouble making transition to team.

-spend too little time managing and communicating.
