- 12. ABOUT ASSOCIATION Gorkha student association is a social and a non-political group of Nepalese students studying in Himachal Pradesh with the membership of more then 700 students. Association is working for the betterment of Nepalese community from the last five years. Association was founded on 4th july,2010 by the students studying in shimla. Association is well known for social activities like blood donation camp and awareness about HIV AIDS. Association has very good relations with the other Nepalese organizations working in Himachal Pradesh and also with the other student organizations. To promote the Nepalese culture association organizes Nepalese cultural function every year in the capital city shimla. Association also has performed in different collages of shimla and HP University in SCA Functions. Because of the unity GSA Students has got the opportunity to win the SCA elections in collages and university..
