- 6. QUESTIONS WITH ANSWERS Q : So, what got you into full-stack development? Was there a specific project or moment that made you think, “Yeah, this is the right path for me”? A : My goal has always been to start a career in full-stack development, which began even before my bachelor's studies. My first full-stack project was done using Laravel, which has since become my preferred framework. I enjoy turning ideas into products and have a passion for building software. Q : Are there any habits or little tricks that keep you on track and productive during the day? A : I’m i a heavy coffee drinker, i use it to stay focused in the mornings. When i feel boring while debugging code, i try taking quick five-minute breaks to read before returning to work. Q : What skills do you think are absolutely essential for someone trying to go full-stack? Anything you wish you had learned sooner? A : I wishes i had learned API integration, strong database design, and DevOps tools like Docker and CI/CD pipelines earlier in my career.
- 7. QUESTIONS WITH ANSWERS Q : Outside of coding, what other skills do you feel make a real difference for a full-stack developer? A : I believes communication is the most underrated soft skill for programmers, a lot of people in tech don’t know how to explain technical concepts to non-technical people, after that problem-solving and lastly skill to manage your time efficient and effective. Q : Any recent tools or frameworks that you think every full-stack dev should know? And when it comes to job interviews, are there specific skills or projects that help stand out? A : I suggests trying Next.js if you're into React and when it comes to job interviews the knowledge of API would really help , a lot of employers really want to see that you can build and test API, and you should also know how to use GitHub. Q : As a full-stack developer, how do you stay updated and proficient on both front-end and back end technologies? Is there an approach you use to manage learning in such a broad field? A : I read a lot of tech articles to stay up to date, currently i'm using a browser extension called daily.dev
- 8. QUESTIONS WITH ANSWERS Q : What’s the toughest project you’ve worked on, or the biggest hurdle you’ve had to overcome? How’d you get through it? A : It was during my first with Laravel around two years ago, due to inexperience at that time, there’s a lot of data integrity problems that i had to fix little by little. Q : How do you keep things smooth when working with other developers, designers, or project managers? A : Since i'm still new in this new company. I think frequent communication is the key and since I totally work from home. My only communication channel is through online meetings or JIRA. Most companies use Trello or JIRA to track their progress. So I need to learn how to leverage the tools effectively for effective communication with the team. Q : Where do you think full-stack development is headed in the next few years? Anything you think new developers should focus on to stay ahead? A : I think new developers should master the basic fundamentals first like, authentication, database optimization, and also API. And you also need to have knowledge about cloud computing. For example, you can try to deploy your own project to GCP Azure or AWS maybe, and try to learn how to integrate AI into your projects. It's like just a simple AI into your project to gain practical experience.

- 10. ADVICE Focus on creating small, meaningful projects rather than getting caught up in chasing every new technology. Master the basics first because every new technology is built on the foundation of the old ones. One common mistake to avoid is designing your data structure around your application logic—it should be the other way around. Start by building your software with a strong data structure foundation, and then develop your application logic to fit around it. This approach will make your software more robust, scalable, and efficient. Stay grounded, and keep learning!
