The Historical Lift is a landmark building in Izmir, Turkey that was built in 1907 and contains two lifts. It is located on Asansör Street, which was later renamed Dario Moreno Street after the famous singer who lived there. Ceyla İnci TAHTALIOĞLU writes about visiting the Toy Museum in Konak with her parents, where they saw traditional Turkish toys like dolls, balls, and wooden horses and ships, as well as sculptures of the shadow play characters Karagöz and Hacivat. Ceyla had an enjoyable time spending the day with her family at the museum.

- 2. • There is a famous and beautiful restaurant in Historical Lift.
- 3. HISTORICAL LIFT • Historical lift is a historical building in Karataş, Izmir. • There are 2 lifts in one building. • It was built in 1907. • It is one of the landmarks of Izmir.
- 4. • There was a small street that led to the building also came to be known under the same name, Asansör (Elevator) Street. • The singer Dario Moreno lived here. • It was recently restored and it was renamed Dario Moreno Street in memory of the singer.
- 5. CEYLA VISITS THE HISTORICAL LIFT
- 6. KONAK TOY MUSEUM • There are different toys, such as dolls , balls, wooden toy horses and ships.
- 7. • «Karagöz and Hacivat» is our traditional Turkish shadow play. Their toys are exhibited here.
- 8. • Sculptures are very nice and fun.
