often struggles with a shortage of skilled labor due to inadequate
training and development opportunities.
2. Inefficient recruitment and selection processes: Outdated methods
and lack of streamlined processes contribute to ineffective hiring,
resulting in mismatched skills and reduced productivity.

evaluation and feedback mechanisms are often lacking, leading to
difficulties in assessing employee performance and providing
targeted improvements.

faces challenges in maintaining high levels of employee engagement
and motivation, which can impact productivity and overall
organizational effectiveness.

and regular performance reviews, can facilitate objective assessment, identify areas for
improvement, and foster employee development.
• Employee engagement initiatives:
Introducing employee recognition programs, flexible work arrangements,
and opportunities for employee involvement in decision-making can
enhance engagement and motivation.
• Data-driven decision-making:
Utilizing HR analytics and data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for
improvement in HRM practices can lead to more informed decision-
making.
