2. Introduction
Based on Research;
Ushul fiqh literature is more dominated by worship,
jinayah, munakahat?
The gap between ushul (principle) and furu' (fiqh) is
ultimately unable to lead an academic and practitioner to
an understanding of the methodology of istinbath of
contemporary cases that continue to develop and become
increasingly complex.?
The gap between the ushul fiqh material taught and actual
cases will make ushul fiqh less popular.
3. Persentase Publikasi per Tahun
2021 (5 artikel, 17.2%): Fokus utama pada pendidikan Islam
dan metode hukum Islam.
2022 (8 artikel, 27.6%): Mulai ada pembahasan fiqh
kontemporer dan isu gender.
2023 (8 artikel, 27.6%): Fokus pada implementasi hukum Islam
di masyarakat dan ekonomi Islam.
2024 (12 artikel, 41.4%): Dominasi topik maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah
dan integrasi ilmu dalam ushul fiqh.
Jumlah Publikasi per Tahun
2021: Publikasi awal lebih menekankan pendidikan Islam
dan metodologi hukum Islam.
2022: Mulai berkembang ke isu fiqh kontemporer dan
gender, menandakan pergeseran tren penelitian.
2023: Fokus lebih banyak pada implementasi hukum Islam
dalam ekonomi dan kebijakan publik.
2024: Lonjakan signifikan jumlah publikasi dengan
dominasi kajian maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah dan integrasi ilmu
dalam hukum Islam.
4. Introduction
One of the fundamental aspects of Islamic education is
the understanding of ushul fiqh, which is a methodology
for understanding Islamic law.
The integration of ushul fiqh in Islamic education in
madrasah can help students understand the basic
principles of Islamic law more systematically and
deeply.
This is important in order to produce a generation that
has a contextual understanding of religion, not only
oriented towards memorization but also able to apply
Islamic law in everyday life.

Usul fiqh is a science that studies the rules and principles in understanding Islamic law
from its sources, such as the Qur'an, Hadith, Ijma', and Qiyas. This science functions as

shapes their character as a generation of
Muslims who are critical, tolerant, and able
to face the challenges of the times with the
right ijtihad approach.
