transferred, licensed or given away.

A copyright protects original works
of authorship such as novels,
screenplays, songs, musical scores
and photographs.
A copyright grants exclusive rights
and protections to the creator of an
original work.

tangible form of expression, such
as paper, video or audio tape, film,
or computer hard drive for
