This document discusses localization and mobility management in Internet of Things (IoT) networks. It covers localization techniques like triangulation, scene analysis, and proximity. It also discusses mobility protocols like Mobile IP and link-layer and network-layer handover. Localization using radio-frequency identification (RFID) is proposed, where mobile nodes can be localized by either tags or readers deployed in the environment. Managing mobility is important for supporting IoT services as devices move within IoT networks.
