1. Teachers and students familiar with ICT
2. Hardware and Software getting more modern and
   affordable
3. Telecommunication and broadband enable
   bigcapacity of data/information being transferred.
4. Government has committed to support ICT based
      learning.
The threats of E-Learning Implementation
                    in Indonesia

1. Limited Fund: to buy hardware and legal software
2. Human Resources Consideration: teachers and
   education workers inadequate knowledge in
   mastering ICT; culture obstacles:
   affordable, ability to maintain or develop positive
   side of technology
3. Other Factors: school environment
   security, accessibility, electricity, telecommunicati
   on, and transportation
E-Learning
is definitely possible in Indonesia:
 - Better education condition and climate
 - Hardware, Software, Telecommunication
   Coy and Broadband Coy are getting better
 - Government support and decision
 - Public and Private support in funding for
   schools which needed
