development team, production team and dev support teams during key phases of development
for Kinect titles, mobile and video apps.
 Has influenced gameplay balance and look of final products by providing constructive
feedback and experience with tuning parameters.
 Has ensured proper functionality of gameplay, interface, and online mechanics as per
each game’s design, as well as reported or confirmed any issues found during the test sessions.
 Streamlines testing workflow by writing and delegating weekly Test Scripts and schedules for
the members of the team.
 Managed testing teams of various sizes to certify online stability for high-profile intellectual
properties and launch titles.
