You made my job easier and more rewarding. It has been fun to watch the transition of the business, our team, and one another. What I love most about you is your ability to take very complex work and simplify it. You do a great job every day, accomplish a high volume, and make it all seem easy! I admire and applaud your approach to your work life balance, always performing well on the job but placing your family first. I struggle with that and have tried to learn from you. Don’t stray from that strong conviction as you are right to do so. It has been my privilege to team up with you! I hope in some small way I have brought as much value to you as you have to me.
