This document provides background information and instructions for teachers on teaching the K to 12 Technology and Livelihood Education (TLE) exploratory course on Commercial Cooking. It discusses that TLE courses aim to develop students' technological proficiency and entrepreneurial skills to meet the overall goal of the K to 12 curriculum.
