Kelsi began school in 1992 in Hawaii and graduated from high school in 2005. She went to college at the University of Hawaii where she hopes to eventually become a sixth grade math teacher. Educational technology for her included using computers in kindergarten, graphing calculators in high school, and laptops and social media in college. She recalls a science TV show she watched in school and wants to create a class website for sharing information in her future classroom. However, adopting new technologies comes with challenges of learning new skills and potential resistance to change.
