What is the Status of Engg College
Faculty?.
At most one Gray Haired Professor in
a College!!
Average Age of Faculty is 20.
Average service in the college is
0.6Yrs
They have joined as they did not get
Industry position as of now.
They are busy in getting Industry
Position.
What is the status of Our
Students?.
They are the patrons of the college.
They want marks than knowledge.
They don’t want to improve the skill.
That is, they are least bothered about
laboratory skills.
They want those skills which may
fetch them a job.
What is the status of Our
Students?.
They are interested to spend morning
and evening two hours in the bus.
They lack mathematical abilities,
They lack interest
Probably they have joined because of
their parents interest
impact on a student

respected sir
sharing my opinion on the topic how students are .........
starting from primary education we are forced to by heart tables . when students are 10-15 years
they capable of knowing things in the world but no one aware them how to proceed , even the
parents also want their children to be in first or second position in their class. They don't want
anything more than that . At intermediate level they came to know about the world and are
enthusiastic to know about the world but the surrounding impose them that in this two years of
course they should concentrate only on scoring eamcet rank .
if we ask any general topics, our elders will tell us first concentrate on your class subjects
comparison: (student of an institute in local area and in national or international institute)
1.lack of leadership qualities
2.maintains groups and batches
3.restricted to the syllabus
4.spends most of their time in entertainment
5.lack of interest in the subject
6.they don't want concept, only percentage
7.most of the teachers teach them only for the purpose of exams
8. seniors guide them in a wrong way to read all-in-one
9.they are interested to read or practice the same answer number of times but not the different
10.there is fear in them to experiment a new thing
11.lack of sincerity, discipline in work
12.they don't know dignity of student
teachers will repeatedly tell in the class that if you have any doubts ask us , but when we ask
them they simply tells us this topic is not in your syllabus or else it is not necessary for you,
only a few will explain what ever we ask.
What is the status of our Parents?.
Every parent thinks their kid is
another Einstien.
Every parent asks for class first from
LKG itself.
They want their kid to prove which
they have failed during their learning
phase
They want to hand over
Maltova/Horlicks both morning and
evening with their own hands.
What is the status of our Parents?.
Every parent fights with the
Management/Adm if their kid gets
less marks. But they don’t care even
if labs are not conducted!!!!.
They don’t see the interest of the kid.
They don’t see the kid is improving
the knowledge and skills.
What is the status of
Managements?
After all they are modern business
mans!!
They know students are their patrons
I don’t want to talk much.
Are we really ready for 21st
Century
Engg. Teaching
Some Jokes About Current
Engineers/Engg. Teachers
A Comp Sci M.Tech guy calls a
polytechnic fellow to installs his
Windows system!!!!
A CSE faculty with out Email ID
teaches Internet Programming!!!!
An EEE faculty who did not have any
experience of Electrical Shock
teaches power electronics!!!!.
Some Jokes About Current
Engineers/Engg. Teachers
A Post graduate in Civil Engg did not
have single time sun stroke!!!.
A Chem Engg Faculty know more
about Computers than a CSE
professor!!
I have doubt “How
many of the Faculty
know conceptual
difference between
Engg. and
Technology.
Any how, let us continue about what
is needed to be 21st
Century Engg.

  • 20. impact on a student From: Sri Vani <[email protected]> Add to Contacts To: venkateshwarulu <[email protected]> respected sir sharing my opinion on the topic how students are ......... starting from primary education we are forced to by heart tables . when students are 10-15 years they capable of knowing things in the world but no one aware them how to proceed , even the parents also want their children to be in first or second position in their class. They don't want anything more than that . At intermediate level they came to know about the world and are enthusiastic to know about the world but the surrounding impose them that in this two years of course they should concentrate only on scoring eamcet rank . if we ask any general topics, our elders will tell us first concentrate on your class subjects comparison: (student of an institute in local area and in national or international institute) 1.lack of leadership qualities 2.maintains groups and batches 3.restricted to the syllabus 4.spends most of their time in entertainment 5.lack of interest in the subject 6.they don't want concept, only percentage 7.most of the teachers teach them only for the purpose of exams 8. seniors guide them in a wrong way to read all-in-one 9.they are interested to read or practice the same answer number of times but not the different 10.there is fear in them to experiment a new thing 11.lack of sincerity, discipline in work 12.they don't know dignity of student teachers will repeatedly tell in the class that if you have any doubts ask us , but when we ask them they simply tells us this topic is not in your syllabus or else it is not necessary for you, only a few will explain what ever we ask.
  • 21. What is the status of our Parents?. Every parent thinks their kid is another Einstien. Every parent asks for class first from LKG itself. They want their kid to prove which they have failed during their learning phase They want to hand over Maltova/Horlicks both morning and evening with their own hands.
  • 22. What is the status of our Parents?. Every parent fights with the Management/Adm if their kid gets less marks. But they don’t care even if labs are not conducted!!!!. They don’t see the interest of the kid. They don’t see the kid is improving the knowledge and skills.
