Problem statement The number of connection requests in the regional grid is increasing at the same time that capacity in the electricity grid is limited, and time for reinforcement often takes a long time. There is, therefore a clear need to more quickly give an indication of the customers' needs based on requests and to be able to follow up the connection flow. •Help customer managers find a suitable place for connection based on current requests. •Facilitate communication and customer dialogue for customer managers. •Facilitate communication about connection requests between responsible departments. •Enable data-driven analyses. •Provide an accurate follow-up of the connection flow.
