School leader will conduct innovative PTM on the theme 'Student's Dream’ . Will
encourage parents to share students concern and problems based on their
learning experience at school

1 Sustainability
Activities done in the project can be replicated in different schools by teachers/SL across
India. It can be reused in the same school for the coming batches.
2 Relevance
Activities in the project by SL or teachers are relevant and contextual to the needs of the
school and students by either designing new activities or modifying suggested activities.
3 Impact
Activities done in the project is significant in achieving the improvement for the audience
and is supplemented by the evidence submitted by the teacher/school leader.
