The generic focus involves creating value for the present, 24/7 accountability, resourcing, logistics, procedure optimisation and diagnostic problem solving. I need to enable overcoming of immediate obstacles by direct action but must reflect on what is occurring so as to note things that might indicate potential problems and obstacles. I also monitor the effectiveness of processes and procedures, act to remove obstacles to achieving progress, and make improvement suggestions to my manager.
