Malaysia is situated in
Southeast Asia, bordered by
Thailand in the north,
Indonesia in the south, and
the Philippines in the east.
The country has an area of
329,758 square kilometers
(127,320 square miles).
Comparatively, the territory
of Malaysia is slightly greater
than that of the state of New
Mexico, the fourth-largest
state in the United States.
The Federation of Malaysia
consists of 13 states, and is
divided into 2 parts: 11 states
are located in Peninsular
Malaysia (also called West
Malaysia) and 2 comprise
East Malaysia, which is
situated on the island of
Borneo .


  and current Yang di-Pertuan
  Agong (head of state) of

  and current Sultan of Kedah.
  He previously served as the
  fifth Yang di-Pertuan Agong
  from 1970 to 1975. He is the

   Climate: Tropical
    Average Temperature: 20°C - 30°C
    Malaysia essentially observes tropical weather, but the best part
    is it is never too hot. Humidity is a common feature, which can
    be duly expected from its proximity to waters. With the
    exception of highlands, the climate is by and large moderately
    hot and extremely sultry. Throughout the year, the temperature
    ranges from 20°C to 30°C on an average.
  While Peninsular Malaysia receives average rainfall of 2500 mm,
  East Malaysia thrives in 5080 mm of rain. Monsoon season is on its
  peak from November to February, though August proves to be
  the wettest month on the west coast. On the whole, days are
  quite warm and nights are pretty cool in Malaysia. And its
  pleasant weather is always inviting.
 Names of famous food
 Sport in Malaysia includes badminton,
  bowling, football, squash and field hockey.
  Golf is another sport which is growing in
  popularity after many courses were built.[1]
  Malaysia has hosted several major sports
  events including the Commonwealth
  Games in 1998.
 Sport is a major activity in local universities,
  which often run an annual sports event.
 There are traditional sports, which have
  been passed down from generation to
  generation.
   Chinese Food: When people in the West speak of Chinese
    food, they probably mean Cantonese food. It's the best
    known and most popular variety of Chinese food.

 Indian Food: Indian influence in Malaysian cuisine started in
  the 19th century when large arrivals of Indian migrants were
  brought into the country
 Malay & Nyonya Food: Variety is the spice in Malay food. The
  traditional culinary style has been greatly influenced by the
  long-ago traders from neighboring countries, such as
  Indonesia, India, the Middle East, and China.
   Cameron Highland – The hinterland at highland
    where you can visit tea plantations in the cool air,
    sipping tea at cafes, viewing flowers and
    cactus plantation, as well as trying our local steamboat
    lunch and dinner. You can also play a round of golf
    there too.

The capital city of Malaysia. The heaven for
   entertainment, shopping, drinking, and people
   watching. Travelers need at least 3 days to visit
   tourists spots such as the PETRONAS Twin Tower,
   Bate Caves, Task Paraná with Birds Park, Orchid
   Garden, museum, zoo, royal palace, Chinese
   temples etc. by a man-made river .
