• The above numbers are not inclusive of the impact of the two-year natural gas agreement signed on October 12, 2023, to restart the currently idled, wholly
owned, Titan methanol plant in Trinidad (875,000 tonnes per year capacity) in September 2024. This will coincide with the idling of the Atlas methanol plant
(Methanex interest 63.1% or 1,085,000 tonnes per year capacity) in September 2024, when its legacy 20-year natural gas agreement expires.
• The new gas price and lower volume from Titan will result in an annual impact of approximately $80 million reduction in EBITDA capability and $40 million
reduction in free cash flow capability. The first full year of the new contract will be in 2025.

North American natural gas requirements. The
unhedged portion of our North American natural gas
requirements are purchased under contracts at spot
prices. Estimates assume Henry Hub natural gas price
of $4.00/mmbtu.
2 Free cash flow capability is after lease payments, cash
interest (based on current debt levels), debt service,
maintenance capital, estimated cash taxes and other
cash payments. Various factors including
rising/declining methanol prices, planned and
unplanned production outages, production mix,
