Introduction of HVDM HVDM   is a fast soft soil improvement method, which combines efforts of vacuum drainage and dynamic compaction in designated cycles. International Cooperation Minister of MOC of Bangladesh met President Xu Shi-long, intending to introduce the soft soil treatment techniques into Bangladesh.  MOC Sectary and Chief Engineer of RHD highly appraised the HVDM related techniques according to their site visit.
Inventor delivered a special lecture in Vietnam as the invitation of Ministry of Science and Technology of Vietnam. In 2009, ASCE invited the Inventor to present a special lecture in a workshop in Orlando. The US was introducing HVDM technique into the US professional specifications.  Sino-US Seminar on HVDM Specification Modification, attended by many senior experts, including Committee Chairman of US TRB, Executive Chairman of FHWA Specifications, Dean of the College of Civil Engineering of Tongji Un.
In 2009, Ukraine would cooperate with South Korea to construct an aerospace industrial complex in Incheon. Lee Myung-bak, South Korea President, attended the signing ceremony.  The Chief of the complex and the Mayor of Incheon met with the President Xu, discussing the sea reclamation of the jobsite .
In 2007, HVDM series were successfully applied to power plant project in Indonesia. The picture indicates the meeting of Mr.Lan (3rd right), Ambassador of PRC in Indonesia, Mr.Wang (2nd left), President of China-Indonesia Commercial Association, and Inventor (3rd left)  In 2004, Lee Kuan Yew (the former President and current Minister Mentor of Singapore) was inspecting HVDM treatment sites at Phase II and III of Xinghua Port.
In 2006, a Korean delegate leaded by Vice President of Korea Academy of Engineering visited Shanghai, and agreed to introduce the inventions to Korea.  In 2008, Finland’s Environmental Minister appreciated the green use of HVDM and met the Inventor.
