Mule cloud hub console overview

The CloudHub Console provides a point-and-click interface for managing integration applications running on CloudHub. It allows users to create and deploy new applications, add on-premises servers to run applications, monitor application logs and message statistics, and manage existing applications and server groups. The document provides an overview of the main functions and menus available in the CloudHub Console.

CloudHub Console Overview
The CloudHub Console provides point and click access to your integration
applications running on CloudHub. Once logged in, you can perform the
following operations:
Create and deploy a new application
Add a server in your organization’s on premises to run an application
Create server groups
Manage an existing CloudHub application
View application log data
Monitor message statistics for your application

Before accessing the CloudHub Console, you must first create an account.
After you have an account, you can log into CloudHub from the CloudHub
login page.

When you first log into the Anypoint Platform, click CloudHub from the top
menu:

You then see the Applications menu where you can get a quick view of the
applications that are currently deployed and running for your account. Click
an entry to display additional information (as shown below), or click
Manage Application to see the CloudHub dashboard and the detailed page
for the application:

Creating an application is the first step to Deploying a CloudHub
Application. Each application must have a unique application domain. If you
use the Command Line Tools or Anyooint Studio, you do not need to
perform this step using the console. After you create at least one
application, you can see your applications listed here, including the number
of transactions and the percentage of CPU usage over the past hour.

You can also investigate the Servers menu. For more information, see
Managing Applications and Servers in the Cloud and On Premises. You
can use servers in your organization to run applications that you manage
with CloudHub. In addition, you can create groups of servers to run an
application and manage the server group from CloudHub.

Next to each application name, you can see an icon that represents the
current status of the application. The meaning of the status icons is
summarized below:

Application Dashboard
Click an application to show its overview menu, and click Manage
Applications from the overview. This opens the dashboard where you can
select one of the following menu options on the left:

Talk at the final event of Data Fusion Dynamics: A Collaborative UK-Saudi Initiative in Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence funded by the British Council UK-Saudi Challenge Fund 2024, Cardiff Metropolitan University, 29th April 2025 https://alandix.com/academic/talks/CMet2025-AI-Changes-Everything/ Is AI just another technology, or does it fundamentally change the way we live and think? Every technology has a direct impact with micro-ethical consequences, some good, some bad. However more profound are the ways in which some technologies reshape the very fabric of society with macro-ethical impacts. The invention of the stirrup revolutionised mounted combat, but as a side effect gave rise to the feudal system, which still shapes politics today. The internal combustion engine offers personal freedom and creates pollution, but has also transformed the nature of urban planning and international trade. When we look at AI the micro-ethical issues, such as bias, are most obvious, but the macro-ethical challenges may be greater. At a micro-ethical level AI has the potential to deepen social, ethnic and gender bias, issues I have warned about since the early 1990s! It is also being used increasingly on the battlefield. However, it also offers amazing opportunities in health and educations, as the recent Nobel prizes for the developers of AlphaFold illustrate. More radically, the need to encode ethics acts as a mirror to surface essential ethical problems and conflicts. At the macro-ethical level, by the early 2000s digital technology had already begun to undermine sovereignty (e.g. gambling), market economics (through network effects and emergent monopolies), and the very meaning of money. Modern AI is the child of big data, big computation and ultimately big business, intensifying the inherent tendency of digital technology to concentrate power. AI is already unravelling the fundamentals of the social, political and economic world around us, but this is a world that needs radical reimagining to overcome the global environmental and human challenges that confront us. Our challenge is whether to let the threads fall as they may, or to use them to weave a better future.

2. 2 CloudHub Console Overview The CloudHub Console provides point and click access to your integration applications running on CloudHub. Once logged in, you can perform the following operations: Create and deploy a new application Add a server in your organization’s on premises to run an application Create server groups Manage an existing CloudHub application View application log data Monitor message statistics for your application

3. 3 Before accessing the CloudHub Console, you must first create an account. After you have an account, you can log into CloudHub from the CloudHub login page.

4. 4 When you first log into the Anypoint Platform, click CloudHub from the top menu:

5. 5 You then see the Applications menu where you can get a quick view of the applications that are currently deployed and running for your account. Click an entry to display additional information (as shown below), or click Manage Application to see the CloudHub dashboard and the detailed page for the application:

6. 6 Creating an application is the first step to Deploying a CloudHub Application. Each application must have a unique application domain. If you use the Command Line Tools or Anyooint Studio, you do not need to perform this step using the console. After you create at least one application, you can see your applications listed here, including the number of transactions and the percentage of CPU usage over the past hour.

7. 7 You can also investigate the Servers menu. For more information, see Managing Applications and Servers in the Cloud and On Premises. You can use servers in your organization to run applications that you manage with CloudHub. In addition, you can create groups of servers to run an application and manage the server group from CloudHub.

8. 8 Next to each application name, you can see an icon that represents the current status of the application. The meaning of the status icons is summarized below:

9. 9 Application Dashboard Click an application to show its overview menu, and click Manage Applications from the overview. This opens the dashboard where you can select one of the following menu options on the left:
