Natural remedy for
sleeping problems

 Wild lettuce tea. Another natural drink has lettuce as its protagonist.
Its properties could promote our relaxation and it would have
properties that calm stress. Thanks to its antioxidants, it has become
a commonly used remedy.
The preparation method is no mystery: we chop and
pour three lettuce leaves into a cup of water. Once they
are boiling, we let them rest for 10 minutes.
Subsequently, we filter the liquid with a strainer and
consume it before going to sleep.
