- 2. Objective Rethink the way DICOM viewers, and medical software in general, are designed and built. Agent’s mission is bring thoughtfully designed software products to market. • Develop a prototype application with the goal of making it commercially viable in the longer term. • Present the prototype in front of industry experts or advisors that can help us refine the design and development of the product. • Potentially raise funding to accelerate development of the product and ensure it meets FDA regulations. Meeting Judging Criteria 1. Usability and interface for image viewing - emphasis on design and usability 2. Integration with workflow - single sign-on (SSO) available via LDAP, but requires configuration 3. Platform neutral - works on any modern browser, tablet, or mobile phone on any operating system 4. - 4. Feature Roadmap There is still a lot of work to be done before Iris is production ready. - 5. Technologies, Datasets, & Third Party Tools Iris was built using popular & open-source technologies. In the spirit of openness, Iris will also remain open-source which means it will be available free of charge and easily customizable.
