The evaluation of Helen Keller International’s Enhanced Homestead Food Production (EHFP) program in Burkina Faso demonstrated significant improvements in maternal and child nutritional status and women’s empowerment. Key findings highlighted decreases in rates of stunting, wasting, and anemia among children, alongside improved decision-making and social capital for women. Recommendations for further enhancements include longer intervention periods and addressing additional factors contributing to undernutrition such as water, sanitation, and hygiene.
