This document discusses hybrid cloud management capabilities with Oracle Enterprise Manager 13c. It conducted proofs of concept connecting to Oracle Cloud, Amazon AWS, and Microsoft Azure. Key findings include: - Hybrid cloud management is only fully supported on Oracle Cloud currently, where agents can be easily deployed and DBaaS/JCS instances monitored like on-premises. - Connecting to Amazon AWS and Azure encountered unsupported agent deployment and limited monitoring capabilities via third party plugins. - While Oracle Cloud provides capabilities like cloning and configuration management across private and public clouds, hybrid management across other clouds remains immature currently limiting it to "a happy marriage with one partner only."
