What does a CASB do? CASBs provide a solution to many of the security problems posed by the use of cloud services – both sanctioned and unsanctioned. Failing to have all the right set of tools to make the MWP project a big success ( i.e. Windows Surface Pro , Windows Ink and Whiteboard) 7. Pilot program needs to be streamlined as recommended by Microsoft 8. Failing to adhere to industry standard frameworks such as Agile ,ITIL , SCRUM or TOGAF. Threats: 1. Not focusing more on securing our Office 365 ecosystem . 2. Your roadmap needs to be aligned with business needs. 3. Failing to focus on the solutions that’s readily available in Office 365 and looking out for third party solutions which involve more cost and management overhead . 4.Failing to understand the current needs of our business and see how Office 365 as a solution can fulfill it . 5. Failing to understand that Office 365 is just not meant for collaboration but it has a wider scope in the organization. 6. Failing to follow a case study approach for all our projects
