Africa, & Bordered By ;
 Ethiopia to the north
 Somalia to the east
 Tanzania to the south
 Uganda to the west• South
Sudan to the northwest
PHYSICAL GEOGRAPHY OF KENYA
Terrain
1- Mountains;
Mount Kenya; Second-highest in Africa ( 5,199 meters)
a UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE
Aberdare Range; Known for valleys waterfalls and
wildlife.
Mount Elgon; dormant volcano on the western border
2-Rift Valley
Extends from lake Turkana in the north to Tanazania in
the south.
Features geothermal activity and unique formations.
3-Plains and Plateaus;
Savannahs in the east and south.
Northern plateaus with arid regions and volcanic
features.
