This document provides a summary of a UX case study for the development of a project management application called Taskly. Over the course of 6 months, the author conducted research including competitor analysis, user surveys, interviews, creation of user personas and journey maps to understand user needs and define the MVP features. Information architecture activities like card sorting helped define the navigation structure. Wireframes were created and usability tested through several iterations to refine the user experience. The goal was to build a simple yet powerful task management tool suitable for individuals and small teams.
