- 2. WHAT IS IT? Our attempt to make sure that all students have one key member of staff who is looking out for them and monitoring their overall progress in school (in most cases this will be the form tutor) Our attempt to help you to better understand how well you are doing in school and what you need to do to get the most out of your education A way of further building on the strengths of our vertical House system and forging closer links with home
- 3. WHAT HAPPENS? Your parent/carer books an appointment with your tutor You attend with your parent/carer and discuss how you are doing in all your subjects You agree some simple actions that will help you get the most out of school and record these in your planner
- 4. ON THE DAY As well as the interview there will be a range of activities/events for you and your parents to visit – exact details will be published soon on the school website and also sent home in a letter.
- 5. AFTER THE DAY Your ‘agreed actions’ will be reviewed later this year by your tutor. In other words, have you done what you said you would……..?
