Make smaller processes, consider if ACM is more suitable ●Monitoring phase on BPM projects –facilitate improvementsIn some projects, the BPM lifecycle is not achieved completely. Projects end on “Execution” phase and don’t recognize the benefits of monitor and improve the “as- is” processes. ●BPM Processes Collaboration-Business and Data architecture first! Business Processes are part of a Value Chain, and are inter-dependent and in communication with others processes. This is why you have to take care of Business and Data architecture before design and implement a process.
