• My first sales job , Target geography (NORDIC)
• Started with Nordic slowly established my target geo and took the whole of SCANDANAVIAN
region and DACH
• By the end of 2 years I was working for the whole of Europe including UK focusing on
Manufacturing, Travel, hospitality, transportation and media, CPG and Retail sector
• Manage lead generation solution campaigns offering IT services and solutions across European
geo and across various verticals
• Each sales executive was a SME who would be trained on their particular industry, services
offering and domain specific solutions
• But the scope was restricted to only lead generation, however we were exposed and actively
participated at all levels lead qualification coordination and closures
• Responsible for database generation, lead generation(cold calling/email marketing),

• IonIdea has been in the business for about twenty odd years now. Being US centric, IonIdea
decided to span its way through the Eastern region with the idea of a global footprint. What
better than “Singapore” as a start point?
• Singapore effort started in 2011 July; Mission – Explore, pitch, win and conquer! Ultimate goal –
Singapore a gateway to the APAC market!
• Responsible for Lead Generation Campaigns, prospecting closure and account management
• Responsible for training various sales teams in various geo’s
• Responsible for interviews “interviewing panel”
• I had my first closure in this market in the month of October 2011 and this was our maiden
account which was followed by 8 other accounts with till date.
• Manage the offshore sales team and frequently visit Singapore on a monthly of bi monthly basis
to meet existing and new customers for account management and closures
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for lead generation campaigns to prospect, qualify, develop and document potential
marketing opportunities
• Manage lead generation solution campaigns offering business and services solutions across
various geo’s and across various verticals.
• Coordinate between prospect and internal team during proposals, exchange of information.
• Coordinate between prospect and internal team during bid management
• Conduct analytical market researches to identify market traction of solutions in European market
• Creation of status reports of lead generated month wise for accountable verticals
• Conduct prospect research to understand customer needs, market opportunities and competition
• Responsible for commercials jointly with my management,
• Responsible for getting NDA’s signed, sharing work flow and corresponding approach note
• Worked on various contracts/agreements like MSA, PSA, Teaming Agreement, NDA etc
highlighting scope of work and pricing
• Worked on new start up geographies and successfully have got continuous business making the
initiative a success working in line with the companies goals
• Met the annual and quarterly revenue targets without fail most of the time

• Successfully closed accounts for front end and back end support, desktop management.
• During my previous experience I was able to get a lot of traction from the new prospects and
have maintained a consistent performance till date achieving my targets and qualifying them.
