Methodology Summary The methodology spans 6 key project phases and the work is organized in 5 threads (workstreams) Phases Threads Modules Modules Each thread consists of work modules that are executed during one of more of the phases Threads align serial project activities that focus on similar content. Phases organize and coordinate project activities that occur in parallel. They also provide relative timing for modules.
