Intro
The problem that was trying to be solved in this study deals with analyzing unknown
solutions. In this particular case, a chemical company has several unknown
solutions and to correctly dispose of them they need to know their properties. To
figure out the properties several qualitative tests were performed throughout the
study (Cooper 2012). To start out this study the difference between acids and bases
has to be identified. Acids have very low pHs and have a high concentration of
hydronium ions, while bases have a high pH and have a high concentration of
hydroxide ions. The difference between strong bases and acids, and weak bases
and acids is the amount of dissociation. Strong bases and acids dissociate a large
amount and let go of their ions in solution, while weak bases and acids may only let
go of some of their ions. This is important because if the unknown solutions aren t
strong acids or bases then using their ions to calculate the pH of the solutions will
give false results (Diffen 2012). Another important difference is between monoprotic
and polyprotic acids. Monoprotic acid or base means that it only is capable of
donating one proton, while polyprotic acid or base means that it is capable of
donating multiple protons. This is important

When Most People View The Majority Of Juveniles As
Rebellious
When most people view the majority of juveniles as rebellious kids who are
searching for their place in the world, they do not realize that some of these
rebellious kids could turn out to be dangerous criminals in the future. Yes, they are
searching for their place in the world, but the thing that most people do not realize
is that they think have found it through juvenile deviancy, even if they know it is
illegal. The definition of a juvenile is someone under age 18. The brain does not
fully develop until the mid 20 s. This means that they are not at their full cognitive

In addition to character traits, environmental factors are a huge contributor to
delinquent behavior. Environmental factors include parenting, peers, mental illness,
neighborhoods, education and more. A 25 year long study proved that inadequate
schooling/ education is connected to juvenile delinquency. One of the discoveries
from the study showed the following: A 25 year long study consisting of 1,500
children in low income inner city Chicago neighborhoods found that children who
attended a high quality preschool were 28% less likely to develop drug problems or
be incarcerated in adulthood. Additionally, they were 22% less likely to be arrested

What children are exposed to when they are young and vulnerable, will stay with
them for a very long time, sometimes even forever. Mental illness is an obvious
reason for most delinquent behavior. There are many treatments for mental illness,
but not all will have the opportunity or willingness to receive it. Untreated mental
illness can be extremely dangerous, and can increasingly get worse. Children who are
experiencing mental illness sometimes are too scared to confront their parents or

Throughout Argentina and as well other Central American countries during that of
the late 1970 s, many were going through severe political upheaval. This political
catastrophe coupled with various human rights violations pushed many people to the

To Curate my artifact the first thing I did was focus on the image of the Tim
Hortons cup and the double double . However, I did not want to just focus on the
double double itself I wanted to curate Tim Hortons image as whole. Which is why I
chose to have images of inside Tim Hortons, while also showing the brown and plain
aesthetic that Tim Hortonshas. Also, I wanted to feature taste which is extremely hard

Resolving bioethical issues is no easy task. Depending on which ethical decision
making approach is employed, an individual can arrive at different moral conclusions.
However, whether an approach is monistic or pluralistic, all approaches stem from
principlism. Principlism is an approach often used within bioethics that appeals to
general principles or rules to arrive at a more specific moral conclusion through some
form of inference (Tomlinson 1). While principles are important in ethical reasoning,
they are just one method for analyzing bioethical issues. In this essay, I will explicate
what is meant by the statement, principles are necessary but not sufficient for work
in bioethics and in doing so, I will provide arguments in concurrence with the
statement. In determining what is meant by the statement, principles are necessary

From Rowdy to Rhetorical: Shakespeare s Henry V
Shakespeare s Henry V presents a man transformed from rowdy teenager to
righteous king. With the death of Henry s father, Henry s wildness.../Seemed to die
too (1.1.26 27). While Henry has seemingly transformed into a powerful man
awarded praise, his actions at times seem morally questionable and disingenuous as
he continually deflects blame on others and contradicts his notions for peace.
Throughout the play, Henry s speeches persuade and manipulate audiences as he
effectively uses the power of rhetoric to achieve his goals. He has the power to
intimidate his enemies, uplift his soldiers, and mold himself into whoever he needs
to be. With the change of Henry s character came a greater title and the responsibility
for an entire nation, causing him to abandon his outwardly destructive behavior and
dissemble. Shakespeare thus contends that there is a difference between being a
good person and a successful leader; national heroism and effective kingship is not
necessarily attained through moral actions, but rather through the art of powerful
rhetoric and the ability to seem moral and virtuous rather than to be moral and
virtuous, thereby mimicking some characteristics of how a successful ruler should
appear, as suggested in Machiavelli s The Prince. While Henry is certainly ruthless
at times, his ability to assume the roles necessary for successful leadership is what
makes him a great king.

Since then, there has been an attempt to lower poverty level, though only a 2.5%
decrease has been seen since 1965. It is argued that we do not need another war on
