Propose research initiatives aimed to develop and deploy engineering solutions across production operations (e.g. maintenance, asset integrity, materials, expert systems, automation) and manage research activities and feasibility studies, including the integration of academic research and specialist service providers. It is expected that you will also maintain a key focus on technical developments within the production and maintenance area and provide a broad contribution to R&D activities across the group.

It is expected that degree educated (preferably to Masters or PhD level) in chemical, mechanical or production engineering or a related field with a strong background in automation, process and/or materials.
