The research proposal investigates the impact of dysfunctional turnover, influenced by toxic work culture and limited career growth, on the financial health of organizations, particularly in the BPO industry in Pakistan. It aims to establish a conceptual model illustrating the negative relationship between dysfunctional turnover and financial health while exploring how the identified moderators affect this relationship. The study utilizes a quantitative methodology involving a sample of employees to provide insights for policymakers and organizational improvements.
