Yes and, yes but Split into pairs One needs to convince the other that using Agile Games is good Start your answers with “ Yes and ” Change roles  Start your answers with “ Yes, but ” Duration: 5 minutes Pair Programming? Now they started to eat fruits during working hours?!?!
6 hats brainstorming Developed by Edward De Bono Each person in the table chooses a hat Make sure you have all the hats Start debating about the following ideas:  Implementing Agile without an outsider trainer or Bungee Jumping for scrum masters in Kyev as an incentive Duration: 10 minutes
More efficient! Fun! Real experience! Encourage people to interact and communicate. Why Games? Learning in a snap Break from the usual routine.  Motivating and challenging
The party Go around the room introduce yourself and explain how do you know Mr. Agile, what are the rumors about him Variations: spin dating (two circles, one inside the other, each one has one minute, one circle is rounding the other is not) Duration: 10 minutes
Goodbye letter / admire letter Write a goodbye letter from your current working methodology Or Write an admire letter to Agile Duration: 10 minutes (in large companies: 2 days...:-) Dear Agile
Self empowerment Split into pairs One is the  boss  and one is the  employee Within the next 60 seconds the  BOSS  needs to walk the  EMPLOYEE  as many steps as s/he can using only the words: “Forward”, “Backword”, “Left” and “Right” Exchange roles Same requirement but the team is fully self empowered Duration: 10 minutes
Pushing 40 As a team count till 40   as fast as you can No specific order is allowed Only one team member says a number Start from the beginning if you fail Variation: Raise the fingers for each number Duration: 10 minutes
Remember the future Tell the story of the sprint as if it just ended (Use past tense!)  Practice: Tell the story of the conference as if it already ended Great for retrospectives! Duration: 10 minutes Habit 2: Begin with the end in mind
Agile as a TLA Either for the twelve principles or 8 values,  write for each one, a description of  Three Letter Acronym Duration: 15 minutes
Attack-defender Form a circle Pick two people: One is the attacker and one is the defender Pick two people: One is the attacker and one is your defender Duration: 2 minutes
Roles picturegram Draw an average Scrum master, team member, product owner and manager Duration: 10 minutes
Team vs. individual F orm a circle Choose one person from the other side Round  I: Exchange places with him Round II: Now think as a group... Duration: 2 minutes
