Quality engineering replaces quality assurance (QA) in manufacturing and software development (QE). What’s
the difference between quality engineering and quality assurance, and why is it growing?
Let’s start with the QA roles. QA is the most common tester title today. This engineer ensures product quality
through testing and human and automated procedures. They also monitor software development lifecycle
procedures for ISO 9000 and CMMI compliance. The process is usually automatic, although this title is
sometimes misconstrued to suggest that this engineer only does manual testing.
Achieve Excellence in QA with AI Training by Subba Raju Sir.docxqatraininghub1
Quality Assurance (QA) testing, a critical process to ensure the functionality and performance of software, has undergone a revolutionary transformation with the advent of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Today, “Online QA Testing and AI training” is a sought-after skillset, and QA professionals are leveraging AI to optimize testing processes, enhance accuracy, and reduce time-to-market.
This document discusses challenges with quality assurance in agile software development and proposes a solution called "digital testing using cognitive approach". Some key points:
1. Traditional QA faces challenges keeping up with agile development cycles and diverse technologies. QA needs to evolve to facilitate faster delivery.
2. The proposed solution involves automating testing, using predictive analytics, parallel testing across devices, and involving QA earlier in the development cycle.
3. A "cognitive approach" uses machine learning, AI, and predictive analysis to optimize testing efforts and provide insights. This helps address issues like inadequate coverage, performance bottlenecks, and late involvement of users and testers.

Is AI just another technology, or does it fundamentally change the way we live and think?
Every technology has a direct impact with micro-ethical consequences, some good, some bad. However more profound are the ways in which some technologies reshape the very fabric of society with macro-ethical impacts. The invention of the stirrup revolutionised mounted combat, but as a side effect gave rise to the feudal system, which still shapes politics today. The internal combustion engine offers personal freedom and creates pollution, but has also transformed the nature of urban planning and international trade. When we look at AI the micro-ethical issues, such as bias, are most obvious, but the macro-ethical challenges may be greater.
At a micro-ethical level AI has the potential to deepen social, ethnic and gender bias, issues I have warned about since the early 1990s! It is also being used increasingly on the battlefield. However, it also offers amazing opportunities in health and educations, as the recent Nobel prizes for the developers of AlphaFold illustrate. More radically, the need to encode ethics acts as a mirror to surface essential ethical problems and conflicts.
At the macro-ethical level, by the early 2000s digital technology had already begun to undermine sovereignty (e.g. gambling), market economics (through network effects and emergent monopolies), and the very meaning of money. Modern AI is the child of big data, big computation and ultimately big business, intensifying the inherent tendency of digital technology to concentrate power. AI is already unravelling the fundamentals of the social, political and economic world around us, but this is a world that needs radical reimagining to overcome the global environmental and human challenges that confront us. Our challenge is whether to let the threads fall as they may, or to use them to weave a better future.

Building 10x Organizations with Modern Productivity Metrics
10x developers may be a myth, but 10x organizations are very real, as proven by the influential study performed in the 1980s, ‘The Coding War Games.’
Right now, here in early 2025, we seem to be experiencing YAPP (Yet Another Productivity Philosophy), and that philosophy is converging on developer experience. It seems that with every new method we invent for the delivery of products, whether physical or virtual, we reinvent productivity philosophies to go alongside them.
But which of these approaches actually work? DORA? SPACE? DevEx? What should we invest in and create urgency behind today, so that we don’t find ourselves having the same discussion again in a decade?

Software QA Testing_ Explore the Trend Today 2025.pdf
1. Software QA Testing: Explore the Trend Today 2025
As the digital landscape grows, Software QA Testing is no longer a behind-the-scenes role—it's
a game changer. In 2025, businesses are putting quality assurance (QA) at the forefront to deliver
flawless user experiences, robust software, and unwavering customer satisfaction. So, what’s
trending in Software QA Testing today? Let’s explore how this field is reshaping industries and
where it’s headed.
With technologies evolving rapidly, user expectations are skyrocketing. A single bug in your app
can mean lost customers, negative reviews, and financial setbacks. Software QA Testing
ensures seamless performance, reliability, and functionality. In 2025, this isn’t just about
detecting errors—it’s about prevention, optimization, and user-centric design.
Trending Topics in Software QA Testing 2025
1. AI-Driven QA: The Era of Intelligent Testing
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is no longer a buzzword; it’s a necessity. QA teams now leverage AI
to identify patterns, predict errors, and automate repetitive tasks.
Why it’s trending:
● Faster test execution with AI-based tools like Selenium, Test.ai, and Appium.
● Predictive analysis to prevent future bugs.
● Machine learning models improving test accuracy.
Takeaway: In 2025, AI-powered QA ensures faster, smarter, and more efficient testing cycles.
