Sports

strategic thinking. Often pursued for entertainment, health benefits, or
professional achievement.
• Examples: Football, basketball, tennis, swimming, and track and field
events.
Fitness
• Definition: Fitness encompasses the overall state of physical health
and well-being, including the ability to perform daily tasks efficiently
and effectively.
• Components: Includes cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular
strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition.
• Importance: Essential for maintaining health, preventing chronic
