The Angela Apartments was built in the 1930s and was one of the first multi-story buildings in Manila during the Commonwealth Period. It remains as one of the few surviving examples of Art Deco architecture in pre-war Manila. The building will be restored to its former glory while preserving Manila's architectural heritage. It will be converted into 44 exclusive condominium units in a low-density property. The location in Malate is in the heart of Manila, near historic sites, universities, shopping, nightlife, and recreational areas.
