 A Latin word “mover” meaning of that word “to move”.
Motivation engage how hard efforts of anybody going
toward goals and how long to maintain the efforts.
 Motivation factors Salary, Promotion, job
circumstance/security, protection, encouragement,
agreement of service, and conditions of work (Akanbi)
 Employee performance never more than 50% if they are
not motivated performance can become higher if they
are well motivated through knowledge and ethics
(Joyee, 2014).
 Luthans (2000) highlights (Salary, Promotion, job
circumstance/security, protection, bonus, promotions,
commission at work, tips, gratuities and gifts), these
types of rewards can be utilize to enhance the
performance of employees in the organization
 Hunter et al (1990) the employees those are well
motivated are more productive and willing to work any
time, also have focus and attention in the direction of
organizational goals but those labor/workforce are
facing low level of motivation, they are not productive
 The first aspect of internal motivation come from
individual and second comes from external motivation
that applied by the association/management
(Chukwuma and Dr. Obiefuna 2014)
 Objective
To find out the motivation impact on employee
performance.
 Significance of Study
This research will provide the positive approach
to motivate their employees (SAI)
Aviation industry can apply these study results
in their organization for better performance of
employees.
It could also help in improving the gap of the
HR Practices in (SAI).
 Limitation
This study is on Aviation industry or may be useful
for service sectors.
 “Salary” This is an advantage for the administration they can use as a
tool for improving the performance of employees. (Bhumika and
Jeayaram 2014).
 “Friendly or flexible environment” one of an best component/factor of
motivation that impacts individuals/employees at work place (Saeid,
Indra and Abu Baker 2013).
 “Promotion” should be utilized as motivational factor for increase in
performance of workers/employees in the organization (Ayodeji and
Olotuah).
 “Job security” is a motivational factor that have impact on employee and
their performance in the workplace (Gabris and Simo 1995).
 “Benefits” such as holidays with pay, pensions, retirement plan and so on
goof to enhance the motivation level and their performance (Akanbi and
Paul).

results will increase the profits of the organization.
