- 2. Enterprise Introduction Let’s discuss about the different types of charts available in the very new version 18 of Odoo’s spreadsheet. We know that, spreadsheets in Odoo are highly useful for data management, reporting, and analysis, allowing us to handle large datasets effectively within the ERP system. Odoo provides spreadsheet- like functionality natively or via integration with Google Sheets or Excel, depending on the version and modules installed.
- 3. Enterprise Let’s dive into the Sales module of Odoo 18. Under the Reporting menu of the module, we can choose the Sales Report there
- 4. Enterprise Then we get this report where we can find different charts such as barchart, linechart, pie chart,etc
- 5. Enterprise Take any one from them and click on Insert in Spreadsheet button on top to insert the whole report into a spreadsheet.
- 6. Enterprise From this window, select the needed template and click on Confirm to go forward.
- 7. Enterprise Then we get the spreadsheet page with our report’s data. Also there can be seen the Configuration and Design details on the right side.
- 8. Enterprise Under the Configuration tab, we have the Chart type from which we can just choose the different kinds of charts according to our choice like Line, Column, Area or Pie. Here, the selected type is Stack Column.
- 9. Enterprise While selecting the chart type Line or Stacked, we can decide to select or unselect the cumulative data also so that the report and content will change accordingly These chart type selection and report content changing is a new feature launched in the version 18 of Odoo
