This paper presents a fuzzy logic-based load balancing algorithm aimed at enhancing quality of experience (QoE) in MPLS networks by preventing congestion through efficient resource allocation. It discusses how QoE, measured using the mean opinion score (MOS), reflects user satisfaction and emphasizes the importance of traffic engineering in optimizing network performance. The study highlights key factors such as delay, jitter, and loss that affect perceived audiovisual quality and introduces the E-model for evaluating user satisfaction.
