Most of its territory includes elevations ranging from 1500 meters
above sea level to about 6310 meters from the Chimborazo.
The Ecuadorian Andes carry some of the most emblematic icons of
Ecuador, like the vast mosaic of fields of corn, potatoes and beans of
Tungurahua, the pure waters of Imbabura’s lagoons and the sandy
valleys of longevity and life of the province of Loja.
It is characterized by numerous beaches, coves, cliffs, savannahs, historic cities
and industrial centers.
The Ecuadorian Coast allows travelers to have exciting adventures in a region
bathed by the waters of the Pacific Ocean. With a hot and humid climate
throughout the year covering this region, which has a very diverse landscape
ranging from green mangroves and tropical dry forests
This region, located to the East, is one of the
most beautiful reservoirs of biodiversity on
the planet.
The Amazon has a tropical forest, crystal
clear rivers, waterfalls descending into the
deep forest, where inhabits unique species of
fauna and flora. There are a lot of places that
allows community tourism, where you can
experience everyday life and culture of
indigenous communities.
These Islands were named Mankind Natural Patrimony by the UNESCO in 1979.
